Help with NR6 Info

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can provide me with a bit of clarity regarding an NR6. I am moving to the US in a few weeks and am renting my house.

My wife and I jointly own the house. Do we need to submit two NR6 forms?

What is the process for remitting payment? How do I go about doing it from the states
