Form 8938 and Defined Contribution Pension Plan

Post by reiver416 »

Anybody have an idea how to fill out the 8938 for a DCPP? I have a plan that contains contributions by myself and by my employer.

It seems from what I read, I do not have to file 8891 for this plan. But, that means I still have to fill out the 8938.

I am really angry that the rules governing DCPP are not more clear. Since this is a new form, I guess most do not have experience filling out
