T4 or T5 for my tax situation - please help

Post by v19 »

I worked as incorporated contractor in canada from feb to dec of 2010 and in dec moved US but got paid thru Feb 2011 for my work and back dues. As Alberta needs resident director I have dissolved the corporation in jun 2011. Can I still file my final corp taxes under Canadian controlled corp and claim non resident status for personal tax returns. Is it better to report the pay as T4 income or T5 dividends for the two months pay and also retained earnings from last year - Kindly help
