Claiming education tax credits

Post by Pancake123123 »

I am a US and Canada dual citizen. I was wondering if I could claim both my canada and us education tax credits with my tuition fees, or if it was double dipping. I wasn't sure and didn't see anything on the treaty not allowing it. Does anyone know? Thanks!

It's not just for the rich it's for anyone who wants to make smarter financial decisions. Before I worked with a professional, I had no idea how powerful https://lytaxadvisors.com/tax-consulting-services could be. I thought I was managing things just fine using online tax tools until a consultant reviewed my last two years and found multiple missed deductions and reporting errors.
