Hello. I'm very impressed with this forum, and apologies if this question has been answered elsewhere and I've missed it.
My questions is what's the best way to perform contracting work for a US company while living in and working in Canada? I currently reside in the US and have a US LLC that I've always used for consulting work. I understand why an LLC may lead to double-taxation, and the benefits of a LP. That said, can I consult through this LP in the US for another US company while living and working my day job in Canada?
Thank you.
