RRIF where to enter on TurboTax

I take periodic payments from my RRIF. Canada withholds 15%. I file my taxes using turbo tax but struggle where to input the data. Also will the form 1116 foreign tax credit be auto created or do I have to add this? I file CPP under social security area… is this the same? I don’t feel like my taxes withheld are offsetting my taxes owed. Literally would LOVE step by step where to go to input on turbo tax PLEASE.
