Accredited Firms for LIF transfer for a US Resident

I am looking to transfer my LIF account to a different Canadian financial institution....ideally so that it could be self-directed, but having trouble finding a reasonable list of firms qualified to support the transfer considering I am a US resident. Any guidance on which Canadian firms would support a self-directed LIF for a US resident?
