TN Visa 1099

Hi, if I get a TN Visa, would I get 1099 paid to my US personal checking or to a sole proprietorship in Canada for management consulting?

That depends on your arrangement with your sponsor. If you live in IS during TN, you would not want any tie to Canada. So you would either be a US contractor or US entity. But if you live in Canada, it doesn't matter.

Where the money is put changes nothing.
