Form 8840

Post by moi »

Line 25-C.
I have in past years, filed a 1040NR, but I no longer receive income from the USA, nor do I file.
So my question is, do I say yes?
Or, is it no, because not in this year?
Thank so much.

Q25c isn't referring to 1040.

Since 25(a) and 25(b) already ask about W-* and W-9, I guess that leaves only 1078, which begs the question why not ask about 1078?
