Statement of World Income (5013-SA) - for T1

I just notice that the form mentioned stated that :
"Complete this schedule an if you were a non-resident of Canada or a deemed non-resident of Canad for all of 2021."
May I know when we file Departure T1 return still need to file this one?
I called CRA, one said yes, one said no...
Appreciate if anyone have experience to share this info.

If you read the guide for emigrants, you do need to provide a statement of world inome for the period after you left, in order to get the full personal amounts.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
