10,000 Limit

Post by c9dxmo »

I'm a Cdn resident.
I will work for a US company in the US for about 24 days in a given year and will make less than $10,000.

Given current treaty rules, assuming, no withholding, do I have to file a
1040NR, 8233, 8833 or anything for that matter. I've heard/read that in this situation (under 10,000), that I do not have to file anything.

Thanks for the answer.
