Live in US and am a contractor for a Canadian company.

I own my own US company, reside in the US, and have been contracted by a Canadian company to do work for them. They pay me by wire transfer and do not withhold taxes at all. How will I pay taxes on these earnings and to whom? Will they provide me with something equivalent to a 1099? Do they report my income to the US IRS? I have no idea how to plan for this and would appreciate any advice.

The income is exempt forom Cdn tax. and reporting.

Report it as if you had earned it witha firm in Peoria, regardless of what type of reciept the give you for tax purpoes.
