Apologies if this is not an appropriate topic, but I don't know where else to seek advice and folks here seem to understand the cross-border issues a Canadian business faces.
We provide short-duration customized education for our customers. Until now no one has ever insisted that we carry any specific type of insurance in order to deal with them, but that has now changed. A client is asking for every kind of business insurance imaginable from liability to Errors-and-Omissions to ...
So far we're having trouble finding companies that even offer such policies for small businesses (we're a two person partnership) let alone the costs or indeed any sign that anyone offers cross-border policies.
Any and all advice would be welcome.
