I have not contributed to my RRSP for the full year 2008

Suggestions on how to answer below would be very helpful:

Question 6C- Electing for US-Canada income tax treaty-- "you can make an irrivocable election for this year and subsequent years by checking this box" - if checked off, what does that mean


7a "distributions received from the plan during the year ".. would the answer be 0.00

7b " taxable distributions received from the plan during the year ".. would the answer be 0.00

8 Plan balance at the end of the year?? would I put o.oo or the current market value as listed in the statement.
