Is "Serbinski Accounting Firms" still open?

I am getting worried because I got a letter from California FTB and if I do not respond within the next 3 weeks I will have to pane a huge fine.
"Serbinski Accounting prepared tax forms for my corporation for the year in question.
I emailed Mark more than 2 weeks ago and have not heard from him.
Then after a week I sent an email to Jeta, and she did not reply either.
The next day I emailed the entire team and nobody got back to me.
Sometime last week I called them and left a voicemail message.
It was ignored.
