In Kind Withdrawal from RRIF

I am a US resident with a RRIF at a Canadian financial institution. The RRIF holds mostly common stock. The market is currently depressed, and I do not know if my securities will recover. As usual, I need to make a minimum WD from the RRIF, and I do not need the cash immediately. Is it possible to make an in kind withdrawal from my RRIF, possibly avoiding sale commissions, and have the stock certificate sent to my residence?
