To file or not to file TDF90-22.1

Hello All

I have RRSP account with value more than 10K and a chking account with less than 1500. Do I need to file TDF90-22.1 with RRSP account information ?

Is it really that complicated. You need to report ALL foreign accounts. period.

In form 8891, do I enter my name or my wife's in case of spousal RRSP ?

The name that is on the account.

And before you ask... all 8891's should be filed as BENEFICIARIES, not annuitants.

Ok Thanks for the info.

Then what do I have to enter in 10 a thru 10 e. Do I need to provide details ?

I have GIC's in RRSP accounts which matured last yr and used all proceeds to purchase new GIC's.
