600 not reportable?

600 not reportable?

Income under $600 every year is not reportable for H-4,right? or it is illegal for H-4? thanks!

This is completely without basis.

All income is taxable, and H1 cannt work at anything otherthan the job for which they got H1, and H4 cannot work,period.
