wrong RRSP slips

wrong RRSP slips

Got wrong RRSP slips second year in a row from this bank in Canada. Last year they messed up wtih my RRSP and T-5 slips. Called the bank and talked to them and they are threatning to close my account.

I realize they can close any time they want, but what would happen to my FD's which are not matured until Sept 2008. They had also sent the slips with with HBP withdrawl to CCRA. The money was deposited in the RRSP account and not withdrawn at all.

Other then complaining to Ombudsman of that bank and ofcourse closing the account what are my options.

any thoughts...
