US Greencard holder working in Canada = doubly taxed?
AFAIK, US Greencard holders may be able to maintain their GCs with a reentry permit and filing taxes in the US as residents of the US. If the GC holder works in Canada, would s/he be doubly taxed by both US and Canada on income? any advise would be appreciated.
Yes. US citizens and grren card holders are required to file regardless of hwere they live. In fact it is a requirement for maintaining GC.

After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
