I am trying to find out if there is a limit on the alimony monthly amount a spouse has to pay to the other spouse in case of separation. Both are canadians, and the supporting spouse on H1 visa in the US. The spouse receiving the alimony does not have any income in Canada.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
