Hey guys, I just read that the IRS is currently not accepting paper returns for 1040-NR (see below). If that's the case, is there anything that can be submitted via an e-file? I assume that all 1040-NR have to be submitted via physically mailing in the return based on filing in the US in the past (from 2016). Any recommendations?

Not sure what you are asking. First the article says nothing about 1040NR. and second, 1040NR filers won't get stimulus check anyways. You need to file 1040 and have an SSN.
