Canadian On TN with US Business

I'm a Canadian Citizen, working in the US under the TN Visa. Can I startup a home business, such as a Unfranchised Distributor in the US? Or Can I start this business in Canada and build my network in the US?

No, your visa does not permit you to be "self employed" in the U.S.
