Canadian equivalent of a Form 83(b) ?

Hello wise men and womeni,

i've just been issued some stock options.
In prior years when I was living in the US, I had to issued
a "Section 83(b)" letter to the IRS when this occured.

Is there a Canadian equivalent to this form that I have to
issue to Revenue Canada, or do i just wait till end of year
and declare it as part of my income in my yearly filing to them?
