Post by nabstar »

Hey everyone.

Question for you. If you are a Canadian resident, and US non resident, how does it work if you recieve a 1099G(unemployment from California)

I know its taxable in the US, but unsure about Canada?

Thanks

It is world income, taxable in Canada and US. Canada will credit you any US tax owed on that income
