Canadian PR living in US, wanting to start Sole proprietorship

Post by class10b@gmail.com »

Hi,
I am confused about something. I am a Canadian Permanent Resident, currently working and living in US. I am thinking of starting a sole proprietorship in Canada (thinking ontario). But since i live in US, I am a non resident for tax purposes right?. So am i eligible to start a firm?, I dont own a home and I am single. I dont have any relatives in Canada. This is an internet business. So I may not physically live in canada for next 7-8 months (will move in after making relationships with my clients). Any pointers would help me.
