i have a few questions on TN visa for canadian citizen. here is situation. TN holder is US employee with US$ pay, and he has US SSN#.. IN 2017, He worked in US for around 4-5 month, and remotely worked in canada for the remaning months. in 2017 he reported to US govement as 1040NR form.

1) this situation is legal or not? if yes or no, can you please provide offical link for more detail.
!) How many days minimum assoicate has to be in USA with TN visa for canadian citizen?
2) Can TN visa holder (Canadian CItizen) , can work from Canada ? if yes, how many days he can work from canada legally?
3) How many days minimum i need to stay in USA to pay tax in USA and Canada?

Your question is a bit unclear, but asa Cdn you can work in Canada as long as you wish, and as a TN holder you can work in US as long as you wish.

Filing 1040NR is fine if you are still a Cdn resident, or if you were not present in US for 183 days in the year.
