Ive talked to multiple accountants about this and have had conflicting answers and would appreciate more opinions.
I have personal credit cards in my personal name / address. These will be used to make inventory purchases for S-Corp. Inventory purchased will be expended on the S corp as a Cost of Good.
Questions:
1. Does the shipping or bill address / name matter? Can the shipping and bill address be my personal name / address? Note: The address must be my personal address, as if its not the payment will be declined. One of the CC's are in Canada and cannot used a US address regardless.
2. Does it matter how the credit cards are paid off? Should the S-Corp pay me directly to pay off the CC? Or must the S-Corp pay off the CC using its bank directly?
