OAS Application

Post by jowatt »

My husband is filing for Old Age Security pension in Canada. On the form ISP-3000, they asked if your not a resident of Canada is your world net income for 2017 more than $74788? How do we determine our net income for this purpose?

Thank you for your prompt answer.

This doesn't apply to US residents. You will not report your OAS in Canada, and it cannot be clawed back.

merely mention that you are US resident. no need to provide this info.
