Hello, mortgage interest rates are going up, and you can't do anything about it. That is why if you want to take a mortgage, you better do it now because rates are going up yearly. Even today, you can find good interest rates at different banks and credit institutions. I took a mortgage for my house from https://londonmoneyman.com/mortgage-broker-basingstoke/. They offer a good interest rate and allow you to pay your mortgage faster than stipulated in the contract without paying any extra rates. Check it out by yourself.
