TD Waterhouse certainly does.

CRA takes its 25% position based on the rule that no withdrawal is required in the 1st year of RRIF. Therefore -- enigmatically -- it does not consider the first withdrawal to be periodic.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

TDWaterhouse certainly does

NelsonA, you MADE my day...and week...and year. I just verified that TDW DOES allow me to retain my RRSPs or RRIFs as a permanent US resident. And more importantly, continue to make trades -- tho not directly through the online brokerage account --only through TDW's licensed US brokers. BUT... you do NOT get charged the full broker rates -- you get charged only the discounted online rates for trades. (I'm sure you already knew this, but for those who happen by....)
