IRS Pub 519 talks about non-resident sales.

IRS.gov has plenty of info. Since youa re at the planning stage, I'll let you do the planning and research.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
