I know! And I don't blame you so I was hoping someone else might respond or you would be so kind as to make a tiny exception for someone that has been working on her 2007 taxes since the summer of last year! :)

Well, I tried. :) Thanks for the hint. I'll check it out, however, the issue is that intuit doens't know that I am 'faking' residency in order to create a pro-forma.

Huh? Your question had to do with where you entered a number; how could that possibly have anything to do with what you are filing!?

... and you do know that every single entry in tax package has an override feature. You aren't e-filing, so who cares.

Your 1040NR is manual as well, eh?

Yeah, I realized that. Sorry - I think I ate a stupid sandwich for lunch. Thanks nelsona. I hope to have this all squared away over the weekend and then I'll be bugging you for tax advice for next year. :)
