TN Visa open LLC in canada

Because a TN visa holder can't have a side income in the US,
1. can he have a side income in Canda?
for example he open an LLC in canada, then earning from youtuber? or selling apps in google store for example?

2. the income from this LLC, how to pay tax from any income from this LLC?
a. need to pay canada for sure (i guess)
b. but does he need to pay tax to US from any income from this LLC?

Any guidance on this? I believe state tax doesn't care about immigration issue such as TN or not TN. State just care about its tax portion right?

As you mention, you are "earning" and "selling", while in US, which is not legal. So it doesn't matter where the company is formed, or where the money is kept, you would be WORKING (illegally) in US.
