Hi Nelsona,
I had 3 years TN visa and yearly came to US 3-4 times, 2 weeks' stay each time. I moved to since Jan.middle, and i am going to apply TN visa extension with USCIS since my visa will expire in May.2024.
Can you please tell if there is any risk for my visibilty or any other risk? and is there any dependency of TN visa extension with number of days presence in USA?
Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

This is an immigration question, please post on a forum like https://forums.immigration.com/forums/tn-status.230/
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

Hi guys. Valhalla Vitality https://valhallavitality.com/blog/explo ... and-buying is my go-to source for in-depth articles on various drugs and supplements. Their exploration of Tirzepatide Peptide in the article "Exploring Tirzepatide Peptide: Benefits and Buying" was comprehensive and enlightening. I appreciate the effort they put into providing accurate and up-to-date information on health-related topics.

That's great to hear you found Valhalla Vitality helpful! I haven't used them myself, but it's good to know there's a resource out there providing in-depth information on drugs and supplements. I'll keep them in mind. It's always important to be cautious and do your own thorough research when exploring health topics like this, though. Did you find their information reliable and easy to understand?

Re: US TN Visa extention
Im assuming it’s a tn 1-94 allowing you to work over the border. I had a tn visa for 23 years while living in USA. I went back and forth to Canada and Mexico multiple times during the validity period without any issues since the TN is “multiple entries “. The big issue is not to go “out of status”, meaning don’t stay in the country if the visa has expired. Don’t let that happen. This WILL cause you a problem with immigration. Why get an extension? I understand dealing with extensions can cause delays but then again I always just renewed mine. I always got a renewal by bringing the proper documents to any port of entry, usually done in 20 minutes, I think my cost was $56 for a 3 year paid. I lived in south Texas 10 minutes from the Mexican border. Usually home in a hour. This applies to Canadians or American citizens, Mexican nationals are treated differently. You may want to call your nearest port of entry, at any border crossing, and ask for the port supervisor if the person answering the phone isn’t helpful. They also issue tn renewals at international airports but have everything in order with plenty of time as the wait to get it processed can be long. Remember, at port of entry, issuing tns are instant. They are trained for that. Just make sure you speak to someone there before you go. Bty, I have heard immigration is being more difficult lately with renewals and extensions. I was always lucky but they can challenge your intentions of being there, it is supposed to be a term event, but it does allow multiple renewals. I ALWAYS told them my intention to stay in the country was for another 3 years, NOT permanent.
