The question is very confusing. It seems to me that you should consult with a specialist to do everything right. But I will say from experience that if you have a job in the USA, then you have the right to come from Canada in any way. That's how I came to the US; before that, I lived in Barcelona. And I moved to Barcelona entirely by accident. I found one site https://www.freetour.com/barcelona booked a fantastic tour, and fell in love with Barcelona so much that I wanted to move there. Likewise with the USA.
