minimize CPP/EI charges

Hi,

I have an Alberta-based corporation and want to hire someone on the payroll for about 4 months and then will convert them into a C2C / contract.

Any suggestions on how to minimize cost (CPP/EI/etc) ...

I really appreciate any suggestions that you can provide.

Not a cross=border issue. Please consult another website
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
