Is it legally allowed for a Canadian citizen on TD visa in the US to work remotely for a Canadian employer?
What are the tax implications if it is possible?
Thank you.

If your employer has no US presence, and he is not gaining advantage from your physical presencee in US, then you do not need work authorization to work in US for that employer.
You would of course be subject to US and state tax on the income. Your employer would need to make sure that he is paying you as a US emplyee (US withholding and payroll tax).
You should NOT be needing to report or pay tax in canada on this income.

After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
