canadian incorporated company account on Form 8938

I am working in the US on TN ..I have a bank account tied to my numbered incorporated company in Toronto currently having above 10K ..for the purpose of Form 8938 reporting where should i show this account ?

Yes. You have authority over this account. You must also include all other accounts, since these now form a total of over $10K.

Can you guide me as to where this account should be shown - is it under section V or VI in form 8938 ?
