T2091(IND)-WS?

Post by kcvi »

Hi,
I am just doing some preparation for certificate of compliance form T2062, and in the checklist it mentioned that for principal residence, we need to also include T2091(IND) and T2091(IND)-WS.

However, T2091(IND)-WS is very confusing. it asks to populate things between 1981 and 1995, and there is nothing related to recent years and as a result, there is nothing I could fill in because mine is built after 1995. am I missing anything?

Thanks in advance!

Don't fill what doesn't apply to you.
Put the years you owned it, and the years it was your principle residence (ie. unntil you became non-resident.)
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

thanks for your quick reply nelson.

Everything in the form is asking about before 1995 though. does it mean I do not even need to hand in that form? it is a required form in the T2062 checklist though.

It is NOT asking for only before 1995. It is asking about AFTER 1981, which includes all years since then until now.

maybe you should get an accountant to fill this form for you.
