Sorry Nelson but one last question based on what i am reading maybe a bad idea to join pre clearence. Is their anyways i can get out of this?

My attorney filed this 2 weeks ago?

I'm not the expert on OVDI on this site, as I would NEVER have let anyone get to that stage, and urged people to correct "quietly" for the past 12 years.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
