Hello,
I'm a Canadian citizen. In 2013 I worked for 3 month in USA on TN status.
In USA I had a W2 and I paid tax, medical and EI.
In Canada in the same year, I had income form investments.
Obviously, for Tax purposes I am countable as A Canadian citizen who has to pay taxes in Canada and I will pay taxes from my investment income.
But what to do with my USA income that I have already paid tax on?
The questions are:
1. What tax forms I have to fill up in Canada and USA?
2. Can I deduct travel to USA and back to Canada (I mean plane, shelter and food) as relocation expenses.
Thank you very much
What are the documents requered to fill up for tax purpouses

1. you need to calculte your IRS tax on a 1040NR. and you may have a state tax return to file as well.
Once you have these taxes, you include all your wages on your Cdn return, and you take credit for the IRS tax and state tax you calculate on those returns, and the FICA (SS and medicare) that was withheld on your W-2 and use thse towards your foreign tax credit on your Cdn return (federal first, and then provincial with what is left over). If indeed you have EI payments (only Califormia and NJ have this) you add this as well.
2. No. You are en employee, so cannot deduct these.

After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

Generally Canada does not accept moving to and from canada as moving expenses.
