Form 8233, current non-immigrant status

What should a person fill into box 6 'U.S. visa type' and 9a 'Current nonimmigrant status'? I am in the USA as a Canadian with a TN - Management Consultant visa.

TN, H1, B1, f1, etc are all considered non-immigrant status (as opposed to havinga Green card, or US citizenship).

So, yours is TN.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
