Thank you for enlightening me with the fact that there is no clear and simple answer for any sitution. All my questions were for imaginary scenarios but I got good information for my future planning. Thank you again.

Oh I disagree. The is almost always a clear and simple answer for any situation. The problem comes when one does not present a clear situation.

In relaity, rather than immagination, one live in one, real, situation, and then the answers are very clear.

I present the variations on ascenario so that one can adjust there situation to change the answer.
