1040nr Additional forms

I am filing a 1040 from Jan 01 2012 to December 12th 2012, and then a 1040NR for the remainder of the year (to December 31, 2012).

With regards to the 8938 and 8891 obligations, would I file an 8938 from Jan 01 to December 12th, and than an additional 8938 on the 1040NR for the remaining days of that month (to the end of the year) or

Does one just file a single 8938 for the entire year regardless of the 1040NR?
