Can a non-resindent of Canada keep Canadian mailing address

Can a non-resindent of Canada keep Canadian mailing address

Hi,

I have move to US beg Jan 2012 under H1 visa. I would like to file my taxes as Canadian non-resident, but prefer to keep my previous Canadian mailing address. Is this acceptable by CRA?

You can use a Cdn addrss, but for bank, RRSP. tax purposes, you MUST give your real address, or this is fraud.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
