Canadian living in the United States

I am a Canadian living in the United States. I have a green card and am a resident of the US. I work from home for a Canadian company. My work pays me in Canadian funds and direct deposits my pay into my Canadian bank account. They do not take off any taxes or anything. My question is do I pay taxes in the US or Canada? What kind of bank account should I be looking in to getting? I currently only have the Canadian one.
