Hi, my wife has a potential job prospect, but the company requires that they pay to a corporate entity like an LLC, for tax/liability reasons.
From my understanding, you cannot sponsor yourself for the TN, but would it be legit for the company to create an offer letter that says something like "requiring services of PERSON'S NAME for ### salary for ### months/years".
I also read elsewhere that you're allowed to have multiple TNs. I have a TN, so my wife has a TD; are you allowed to have a TD and TN at the same time or will one invalidate the other?
Thanks.
TN sponsorship, but paid via LLC?

This is not a tax question. Better asked on an immigration site please.
But I will tell you that being paid corp to corp is fine for TN. The client would sponsor the individual, just like any other tN. The method of payment is immaterial.
Once yo uget TN, you are TN, not any other status. Why would one want to keep TD?

Whne her TN ends, she will need to go back to the border and enter onTD. TD is an entry status. You have to enter on TD to be a TD, regardless of what you wer eon previous entry.
