tax refunds

i filed 13 years of taxes with refunds i was told today by arevenue canada rep that they only pay back 10 years is this true

Yes. CRA is only obligated to accept corrected returns for 10 years.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
