Looking into estate planning…

Post by clarence »

My mom lives in San Diego and I am trying to get her to set up a trust. She only owns one home, but San Diego is super pricey now and she bought when real estate prices were low. I am an only child and we want to make sure there aren’t any issues with transferring the property to me upon her death.

I would love to hear anyone’s recommendations. Would an http://www.walterstrustinfo.com estate planning attorney would the best person to look to?

Development from UMass-Lowell. Basically, it's a quite similar to planning, with a focus of project management, by shadowing the Real Estate director, completing funding applications, examining stakeholders in the development process, and project management invariably falls upon planning
